Jamil Harun L. Linzag

Full Stack Developer — once a digital artist

01

Origin

Before the terminal,
there was the canvas.

Started with digital art — composing shapes, chasing visual systems, building things from nothing but intention. The shift to code felt less like a career change and more like finding a sharper tool for the same obsession. Now I build across the full stack: React design systems, edge-deployed APIs, and mobile POS apps. The craft thinking stayed. I keep a structured external brain wired into my dev loop so nothing gets lost between sessions.

What I kept

The craft thinking stayed.

Composition→Architecture

Every element earns its position — on canvas or in a component tree.

Negative Space→Whitespace

What's absent shapes what's present. Whitespace is a decision, not leftovers.

Repetition & Motif→Design Systems

One mark, infinite variations. CVA variants, Tailwind tokens — same instinct.

Value & Contrast→Theming

Not a toggle. Color relationships that hold in both light and shadow.

Iteration→Ship Early

I've discarded more art than I've kept. Imperfect and out beats perfect and local.
